The defendant A. II. Harper appeals from a judgment rendered by the Circuit Court of Tucker county against him and H. II. Taylor in favor of S. A. Moore on the 21st day of June, 1894, for the sum of three hundred and twenty four dollars and seventy two cents, on an appeal from a justice, and assigns the following errors: (1) The amount in controversy exceeded the jurisdiction of the justice.
