This action was brought by the plaintiff below to recover death benefits alleged to be due under the constitutions of the defendants, voluntary associations of which her husband, Otto Mix, had been a member. A trial of the cause before the court, sitting without a jury, resulted in findings and a judgment favorable to the defendants. The plaintiff appeals.
