A fire almost completely destroyed defendants’ building. After the fire the front wall and the front section of about 50 feet of the west wall remained standing. This section of the wall projected about 16 feet above the roof of the three-story part of plaintiff’s adjoining property at the front, and about thirty feet above the two-story portion at the rear of plaintiff’s property.
