Plaintiff City of Chicago (City) filed suit against defendants RN Realty, L.E (RN), and Plymouth Building, L.E (Plymouth), alleging violations of the Chicago Building Code for failure to maintain several structures appurtenant to the building located at 417 South Dearborn Street (Building). Following a trial, the circuit court entered judgment in favor of defendants. The City now appeals, and for the reasons that follow, we affirm.
