Michael Ingram appeals the district court's 1 denial of his 28 U.S.C. § 2255 motion, which seeks relief from the mandatory *1086 minimum sentence imposed for his 2008 conviction for conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute crack cocaine. Ingram's mandatory minimum sentence was doubled from 10 years to 20 years, pursuant to 21 U.S.C. § 851 , based on a prior felony drug conviction.
