The marriage of Charles J. Celia and Susan S. Celia, now Susan S. Phillips, was dissolved on July 20, 1978. The couple had three children, John, Louis and Harriet. In accordance with a separation agreement executed by both parties, the dissolution decree provided that Susan would have custody of the three children, who at that time were 15, 13 and 8 years of age, respectively, while Charles was awarded extensive temporary custody rights. In addition, Susan was not to move the residence of the children from the state of Missouri without the consent of Charles.
