This is the claim of the State of Nevada for reimbursement under the act of July 27, 1861 (12 Stat. L., 276), for expenses claimed to have been “properly incurred by said State ” under said act in “ enrolling, subsisting, clothing, supplying, arming, equipping, paying, and transporting its troops employed in aiding in suppressing the present insurrection against the United States,” including interest paid for money borrowed to enable the State to meet its obligations under the act, as amended by the joint resolution of March 8, 1862 (12 Stat.…
