Metropolitan Edison Company (MetEd) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Berks County (trial court) that granted a summary judgment motion filed by the Reading Area Water Authority and City of Reading Water Authority, a/k/a City of Reading Water Bureau, (collectively, Reading) on the basis of governmental immunity. We affirm.
