Bristol Lee Fletcher, the appellant, was convicted of two counts of unlawful distribution of a controlled substance, a violation of Ala. Code 1975, § 13A-12-211. He was sentenced to serve 10 years and one day in the penitentiary on each count. The sentence for each count was enhanced an additional five years pursuant to § Ala.
