| ¶ This is a suit for breach of contract, unfair trade practices, and breach of fiduciary duty. The plaintiff NovelAire Technologies, L.L.C., is a manufacturer of energy recovery and dehumidification equipment, including desiccant dehumidifiers.1 The defendant Martin Harrison is a former NovelAire employee who worked as a designer in the engineering department for over four years until he resigned.
