Appeal from an order of the surrogate of the county of New York, denying the application of Beverly B. Tilden to open decrees made upon accountings of the executors of the estate and for a rehearing of such accountings so far as they affect the rights of the petitioner.

— The testator William Tilden, died on the 26th day of June, 1869, leaving a large real and personal estate to be disposed of according to his will and codicils. They were admitted to probate by the surrogate of the county of New York on or about the 19th of July, 1869, and letters testamentary were issued to four persons named in the will as executors.
