—Order, Supreme Court, New York County (Carol Arber, J.), entered February 5, 1997, which, inter alia, denied defendants-appellants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint as against them, unanimously reversed, on the law, without costs, the motion granted and the complaint is dismissed as against the defendants-appellants. The Clerk is directed to enter judgment in favor of defendants-appellants dismissing the complaint as against them.
