MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

RICHARD L. SPEER, Bankruptcy Judge.

This cause comes before the Court upon the Motion for Relief From Stay filed by the Defiance Production Credit Association (hereinafter PCA). The Court has conducted a Hearing on this Motion and has heard all the evidence to be offered on this issue. At the conclusion of that Hearing, the parties agreed that the only issue to be decided by this Court is whether PCA or the Farmers Home Administration (hereinafter FHA) has a superior lien on the proceeds of certain crops.
