Kenneth L. Ridenour (“Appellant”) appeals his conviction by the trial court for one count of the class C felony of use of a child in a sexual performance, a violation of section 568.080. 1 Appellant was sentenced by the trial court to three years in the Missouri Department of Corrections. In his sole point relied on, Appellant challenges the trial court’s exclusion of evidence that his victim “had a history of making false reports against her caregivers, and consequently also did so in [A]p-pellant’s case.... ” We affirm the judgment and sentence of the trial…
