Appeal from a decision of the Workmen’s Compensation Board, filed May 14, 1974 as amended by a supplemental decision filed March 7, 1975, which held that the claimant’s claim was barred by not being timely filed pursuant to section 28 of the Workmen’s Compensation Law. Section 28 of the Workmen’s Compensation Law requires that a claim must be filed within two years after an accident. The record conclusively establishes that no claim was filed within the two-year period following the accident of July 2, 1968 when the claimant sustained lacerations from the breaking of a glass window.
