This appeal is the result of proceedings held by appellant Arkansas Real Estate Commission concerning complaints lodged against appellees Kathleen Harrison and Dixie Harrison, hereinafter referred to simply as Kathleen and Dixie. After a hearing on December 13, 1976, appellant entered an order dated December 29, 1976, suspending Kathleen’s real estate broker’s license for a period of ninety days, effective January 15, 1977.
