On January 15, 2003, Plaintiffs Darcie Draudt, Vasanth Ananth, Tim Yaczo, and Kendra Oyer (collectively “the Students” or “the Plaintiffs”) moved the Court for a preliminary injunction. With their motion, the Students seek an order enjoining the Defendants Wooster City School District Board of Education (“the Board” or “the District”) and David Estrop (collectively “the Defendants”) from conducting any prior review or censorship of the Wooster Blade (“the Blade”) student newspaper during the pendency of the Students’ First Amendment suit against the Defendants.
