OPINION

COHEN, Justice.

Appellants, two Texas attorneys, appeal from the trial court’s judgment ordering that they be publicly reprimanded for professional misconduct. The trial court found that appellants violated Supreme Court of Texas, Code of Professional Responsibility, DR 2-110(A)(l) and (2) (1984) (hereinafter referred to as DR 2-110). 1
