This cause comes into this court on a petition in error to the common pleas court of Cuyahoga county. The case was originally started against several defendants, among whom was the New York Central Railroad Company, the Pennsylvania Railroad Company, the McClintie Marshall Company, the River Terminal Railway Company, and the defendant in error, the Pittsburgh & Lake Erie Railroad Company, for damages alleged to have occurred to the plaintiff in the yards of the McKinney Steel Company, Cuyahoga county, Ohio.
