At issue in this appeal is whether the trial court’s grant of appellee’s Rule 56(c) motion for summary judgment was properly founded, and whether the trial court abused its discretion when it denied appellants’ Rule 60(b) motion to stay execution and to vacate summary judgment. Because appellants’ Rule 60(b) motion did not toll the time for appealing the Territorial Court’s entry of summary judgment, appellants’ appeal from the entry of summary judgment was not timely.
