Appeal from an order denying plaintiff’s motion for a new trial.
This action was brought to recover damages for breach of two contracts entered into between plaintiff and defendant whereby plaintiff leased numerous moving picture films to defendant, the total agreed rental for which was $1,345 plus $460 for the synchro nized scores.
