KRUEGER, Judge.

Appellant was convicted of the offense of theft of property over the value of fifty dollars, and his punishment was assessed at confinement in the state penitentiary for a term of two years.

Appellant presents a great number of bills of exception and objections to the court’s charge. We will discuss only those which appellant most earnestly contends reflect reversible error.
