This is a diversity case involving the potential liability of two insurance companies for a claim arising out of an accident between an automobile and a tow truck pulling a disabled tractor (truck). The district court held that the insurance policy issued on the towed vehicle did not cover the accident because the towed vehicle was being used by a person in connection with an automobile business.
