Reversing.

Suing by ber father and next friend, Irene Duncan •an infant, brought this action against W. C. Gretton to xecover for personal injuries. The jury fixed her dam•ages at $2,000, and the defendant appeals.

The accident happened on the public highway between Harlan and Pineville, at about 4 o’clock on the •afternoon of May 20, 1929. The Duncan family live on the right side of the road going toward Harlan.
