ARRAJ, Chief Judge.
This matter is before the Court on petition for a writ of habeas corpus. The petitioner has exhausted his state remedies.
The following facts appear from the record. In August, 1959, petitioner, an indigent, was convicted of robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery; he was represented by Court-appointed- counsel. Desiring to appeal his conviction, he twice requested the Colorado Supreme Court to appoint counsel to assist him in perfecting his appeal and both requests were denied.
