[¶ 1] James M. Dineen (Dineen) appeals from an order entered in the York County Probate Court (Nadeau, J.) denying his motion for further findings of fact and conclusions of law in proceedings in the estate of his mother, Ruth E. Dineen. Dineen contends that the court improperly relied on 18-A M.R.S. § 3-715 (2005) when it determined that the interest on two mortgages owed by him to the estate should continue to accrue through the final settlement of the estate, and that the court should have relied on 18-A M.R.S. § 3-703(a) (2005) and ordered the personal representative to pay the mortgages…
