This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County, entered after a jury verdict where defendants were adjudged guilty of burglary and theft over $150. Craig Romero was sentenced to concurrent terms of 4 to 12 and 3 to 9 years, and Michael McCriHis was sentenced to concurrent terms of 2 to 6 and 1 to 3 years.
