OPINION OF THE COURT

FLETCHER, Chief Judge:

The appellant was convicted pursuant to his pleas of robbery, violation of a general regulation, unlawful apprehension, and assault, in violation of Articles 122, 92, 97 and 128, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 922, 892, 897 and 928, respectively. He was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, confinement at hard labor for 4 years, and total forfeitures.
