Cano-Saldarriaga v. Holder, Jr.
Court of Appeals for the First Circuit
1Opinion of the Court
LYNCH, Chief Judge.
Petitioner Hildebrando Cano-Saldarria-ga seeks review of a decision by the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) reversing a grant of cancellation of removal and remanding for entry of an order of removal. Following remand, the petitioner filed a new application for asylum and withholding of removal under the Immigration and Nationality Act and for protection under the Convention Against Torture, currently pending review by the BIA. In light of these ongoing administrative proceedings, we decline to exercise jurisdiction to review the BIA’s decision at this time.
