HOWELL, Chief Judge:

Appellants Leroy Burns and Leroy Moss appeal from the trial court’s dismissal of their complaint and the assessment of sanctions against their attorney. We affirm in part and dismiss in part.

On or about April 24, 1995, black members of the South Carolina General Assembly received a facsimile transmission of a position paper from a group calling itself the Black Blind Professional Alliance (BBPA).
