Stat. 1977, ch. 110, par. 264 et seq.) for review of the decision of the Village of Oak Lawn’s Board of Fire and Police Commissioners (Board) which found him guilty of violating certain rules and regulations of the Fire and Police Commission of the Village of Oak Lawn, and ordered him discharged from his position as a lieutenant and member of the Village’s Fire Department.
