On September 5, 1931, the plaintiff entered into a contract with the defendants, husband and wife, who were the owners of a lot in the city of Jackson, to construct thereon a house and garage. The plaintiff, and his wife, who assisted him in the supervision of the work, were experienced builders who had together during a period of six or seven years prior to the date of the contract erected some 20 or 30 residences in the better residential sections of the city of Jackson.
