R. J. Bell was prosecuted for and convicted of obtaining money under false pretenses, and from the judgment he appeals.

*708The information contained fourteen counts in which he was charged with obtaining money from the parties named in the counts by false representations made to them as to the financial condition of the New Spring Creek Oil Company, the stock of which he had sold to them.
