This matter came on for hearing upon the motion of Glaseo Electric Company (Glaseo) seeking relief from the automatic stay provision of § 362(a) of the Bankruptcy Code. Between the period of September 14, 1989 and November 13, 1989, Glaseo sold certain materials to The Jennison-Wright Corporation (Debtor), a railroad tie manufacturer, for application to certain equipment owned by the Debtor located in Madison County, Illinois.
