Levon Brown 1 appeals from the summary dismissal of his 28 U.S.C. § 2255 motion to vacate judgment by the District Court 2 for the Northern District of Iowa. For reversal appellant argues that the district court abused its discretion in dismissing his § 2255 motion without an evidentiary hearing. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm the order of the district court on all the issues properly raised below.
