Challenged on this appeal is the permission granted by the Milwaukee county court to the trustee of this trust to use trust income to support a series of seminars for clergymen. Involved in such challenge are the will establishing the trust and three county court orders relating to the trust, in sequence of time being:(1) The 1885 will devising real estate and establishing a trust fund for maintaining a home “for aged clergymen and their wives, and as a temporary home where invalids may rest and recuperate.”(2) The 1965 order of the Milwaukee county court granting petition of the trustee to…
