This is a suit in equity to determine the right to possession of $18,600, deposited in the Glasgow National Bank, of Glasgow, Mont., and other property specifically described in the complaint and hereinafter mentioned.' Said sum of money represents the proceeds of sale of the Mercantile business formerly owned and conducted by Ambrose W. Chapin, above-named bankrupt, as hereinafter set forth.
