¶ 1. Duean Robinson was convicted after a jury trial in the Circuit Court of Warren County, the Honorable Isadore Patrick presiding, of two counts of armed robbery and one count of burglary of a business and was sentenced to serve twenty years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections with five years suspended on each armed robbery count and a term of seven years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections on the burglary count.
