Mayhew Products Corporation, defendant-appellant herein, appeals to this court from a decree entered by the District Court for York County, Nebraska, requiring it to remove an outdoor advertising billboard located along Interstate 80 near mileage marker 349.2 in York County. The court found that the sign as situated violated Neb. Rev. Stat. § 39-1320.06 (Reissue 1978).
