This is an action on a promissory note which was tried to the Court on October 16, 1974, in Pierre, South Dakota. The plaintiff, First National Bank of Linton, is a banking corporation incorporated under the laws of North Dakota, with its principal place of business in the state of North Dakota, and brought this action against Otto Huber and Sons, Inc., a corporation incorporated under the laws of South Dakota, with its principal place of business in the state of South Dakota, to recover the amount allegedly owed them on a promissory note of the…
