Appeal by the defendants, J. Esler Eckerson and others, from an order of the Supreme Court, made at the Orange Special Term and entered in the office of the clerk of the county of Rockland on the 6th day of August, 1907, continuing a temporary injunction pendente lite. Also an appeal from an interlocutory judgment in favor of the plaintiff, entered in said clerk’s office on the 1st day of November, 1907, upon the decision of the court, rendered after a trial at the Rockland Special Term, overruling the defendants’ demurrer to the complaint.

Woodward, J.:
There are two appeals argued together, but it does not seem to be necessary to give any special consideration to the matters urged against the order continuing the temporary injunction, for if the plaintiff is entitled to the relief which the complaint demands, and we are disjiosed to so hold upon the demurrer, there is no good reason why the temporary injunction should not be continued.
