This matter came before the Court on the Motion of American Medical International, Inc. (“AMI”) and Parkway Regional Medical Center, Inc. (“Parkway”) (collectively, the “Movants”) for a Protective Order in connection with a Subpoena Duces Tecum served by Dr. Peter Allinson upon AMI and Parkway who are not parties to this action.
