This is an appeal from an order of the district judge of the Third judicial district, made in chambers, granting to the appellee a prohibitory and mandatory injunction against the appellant. The injunction prayed for was granted and caused to be issued without notice to appellant, or an opportunity given him to be heard, and the question for our decision is whether or not the allegations of the petition show such facts as entitled appellee to the summary relief granted.
