— In an action for a divorce and ancillary relief, the plaintiff wife appeals from so much of an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Gurahian, J.), entered December 1, 1987, as denied those branches of her motion which were for temporary maintenance, temporary child support and an interim counsel fee, and which granted that branch of her motion which was for expert’s fees only to the extent of awarding her $5,000.

Ordered that the order is modified by (1) deleting the provisions thereof denying those branches of the plaintiff’s motion which were for temporary maintenance, temporary…
