The defendants Thomas R. and Gail P. Aylward appeal the grant of a motion to enforce settlement and to adopt stipulations based on oral agreements openly arrived at in the presence of the Master (Henry P. Sullivan, Esq.) as the court’s decree. All questions of law were reserved and transferred by Mullavey, J.
