The appellant claimed the goods which were seized by the sheriff under an attachment which issued in a suit in which Sanger Bros, were plaintiffs and S. A. Green, her husband, Wilson Green, and another, were defendants, under an assignment made for the benefit of her creditors by Mrs. S. A. Green.
