Respondent, Frank P. Ramacciotti, was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Nebraska on October 7, 1971, and in the State of Minnesota on October 13, 1978. On April 12, 1995, the Minnesota Supreme Court suspended respondent from practicing law in that state for an indefinite period of time due to his failure to comply with the stipulated terms of a previous probation, his being found in contempt for failing to pay maintenance and child support obligations, and his failure to file federal and state income tax returns for the years 1987 through 1994 and for a number of years prior to…
