Defendant was indicted, tried and convicted of the offense of possession of tools for the commission of crime. He was sentenced to serve a term of five years. Defendant appeals. Held:

The sole enumeration of error is that the verdict is contrary to the evidence, without evidence to support it, decidedly and strongly against the weight of the evidence, and contrary to law and the principles of justice and equity.
