Betty Estelle Lovering, the appellant, filed a suit for divorce a mensa et thoro in the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County. Robert Donald Lovering, the appellee, filed a motion raising preliminary objections alleging that the parties had been previously divorced a vinculo matrimonii by the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. The chancellor, Robert J. Woods, gave full faith and credit to the Pennsylvania divorce and dismissed the complaint.
