This case is an appeal from a judgment of conviction of crimes including first-degree murder. The trial court imposed a sentence of death for the capital offense. We have jurisdiction of the appeal. Art. V, § 3(b)(1), Fla. Const.; § 921.141, Fla. Stat. (1979).
